Before the Road Splits is a reflective work that showcases the moments before two paths diverge.  This piece begins with a mood of uncertainty and confusion, reflecting the hesitation that comes with change.  As the piece progresses, these previous feelings turn more toward dreams and possibilities, eventually ending in gratuity before the characters split to their own journeys.
